Connecting Outlook to a Shared Inbox

  1. Open Outlook,
  2. Click on "File"
  3. Go to "Account Settings",
  4. Select your account (your email) and click on "Change"
  5. Click on "More Setttings.."
  6. Click on "Advanced"
  7. Click on "Add"
  8. Enter the Shared inbox name. i.e Absences, Language, etc
  9. Click Ok until you go back to Outlook
