Connecting Outlook to a Shared Inbox
- Open Outlook,
- Click on "File"
- Go to "Account Settings",
- Select your account (your email) and click on "Change"
- Click on "More Setttings.."
- Click on "Advanced"
- Click on "Add"
- Enter the Shared inbox name. i.e Absences, Language, etc
- Click Ok until you go back to Outlook
